
Antonio Rudiger, a Germany international, has expressed his delight at joining Real Madrid from Chelsea.
Rudiger had previously signed a four-year contract with Real Madrid after leaving Chelsea.
On Monday, June 20th, at 12 p.m., the defender will be introduced as a Real Madrid player.
Rudiger reacted by tweeting on Thursday that he is “glad” to be joining Real Madrid and that he “cannot wait” to play for the “big” club.
He tweeted, “I’m happy to announce that I’ll be joining @RealMadrid.”
“I’m really looking forward to all of the difficulties ahead of me, and I can’t wait to play my first games for such a big club.”
Rudiger joined Chelsea in 2017 from AS Roma.
He made his Chelsea debut as a substitute against Arsenal in the Community Shield in August.
