Donny Van der Beek, a Manchester United loanee, has turned down an invitation to return to the club this summer.
Last season, the midfielder was on loan at Everton, where he helped the club avoid relegation.
Despite a possible return to the Red Devils’ first squad, the midfielder has already offered himself to Roma in Italy.
According to the Daily Mirror, the Netherlands international has been battling for game time at the Theatre of Dreams since leaving Ajax in 2020 and has since been loaned out to Everton.
If Van de Beek stays at United, he might be joined by former Ajax teammate Frenkie De Jong, who is also wanted by United.
