As a rising performer, Idowest frequently visited a studio near his home to record singles. As his rap career progressed, he began receiving offers to perform at local gigs and concerts in Lagos.
He rose to prominence in 2017 after releasing the smash tune Shepeteri, which featured Slimcase.
