Doyin clarified her relationship with Chizzy during a live session on Instagram, ignoring suggestions from shippers that she was superior to him in terms of class.
The former roommate went on to refer to her current relationship with the coworker as a “friendship.”
“I don’t think there’s anything different about me and Chizzy; he’s a human being, I am a human being. I don’t see why it is very unbelievable that I can like him. I don’t like it when people say that,” she said.
