Burna Boy’s New Song, ‘Last Last,’ Addresses Stefflon Don’s Breakup, “Bye-Bye To The Love Of My Life” [Watch]

Burna Boy, the Grammy Award-winning musician, vowed to share his challenges and how he overcame them, and that is exactly what he did with his new song, “Last Last.”

Burna Boy begins the song with a braggadocious attitude, yelling that comments from anyone irritate him because he has dedicated his life to music.

He explained rumors about his shattered romance (with Stefflon Don), saying she twisted his feelings. Burna Boy confessed he wasn’t perfect, but he did experience heartbreak, which caused him to cry.

Burna Boy takes the song a step further by sharing his mixed feelings about buying a Toyota Corolla. He connected the portion to his recent crash in Lekki in his exotic Ferrari car, which may have claimed his life.

The Grammy Award winner emphasized his love life, but he finally acknowledged that his sweetheart had abandoned him, bidding goodbye to his life partner.

In the song composed by Chopstix, the self-styled African Giant discusses his heartbreak, life hardships, and achievements. Toni Braxton’s 2000 single, ‘He Wasn’t Man Enough,’ is also sampled in the song.

The new tune is the first single off his upcoming sixth studio album, ‘Love, Damini,’ which is set to be released on June 30, 2022.
