
Brymo (born Olawale Ibrahim Ashimi; 9 May 1986) is a Nigerian singer, composer, and author. He began making music in 1999, while still in high school. In 2010, he got a record deal with Chocolate City, but in 2013, he was accused of breaking the contract. [3][4]
Brymo’s debut studio album, Brymstone, was released in 2007. In 2012, he released his second studio album, The Son of a Kapenta, which was followed by three singles: “Ara,” “Good Morning,” and “Go Hard.” On October 20, 2013, he released his third studio album Merchants, Dealers & Slaves, which garnered excellent reviews from reviewers and was preceded by two singles, “Down” and “Eko.” Tabula, Brymo’s fourth studio album, was released in October 2014.
